Description
The Fenwal Direct Spark Ignition module has a positive ignition with proof of flame. Fail-safe on malfunction, along with spark interruption upon ignition. Can be used on natural, manufactured or LP gas. There is a certian prepurge of three before a trail for the ignition periods, before a lockout. It can be mounted vertically or horizontally, but the reset from lockout is accomplished by interrupting power to the system. This ignition module provides up to 15-seconds delay before sparks are generated and valve is energized to permit main burner gas flow. The input voltage is 24VAC, 50/60 Hz. While the valve relay contact rating is 0.6A, the flame failure response time is .8 seconds. Ignition trial time is 6.8 seconds.
