We sell only new, genuine factory furnace parts -- never reconditioned or refurbished parts. All items on our website are in stock unless otherwise noted. If an item happens to be temporarily out of stock or on backorder, we will notify you promptly and work to get the part to you as soon as possible. Of course, you also have the option to cancel the order.
Special order items - Occasionally you may need a part we don't have in stock. Our experienced sales staff will be happy to give you accurate pricing and availability information for any special order item.
Pricing
We strive to offer you consistently low prices. The cost of your order is equal to the price of the items plus shipping. Shipping costs vary according to the shipping method you choose. We do not charge handling fees. Applicable sales taxes are added for residents of Iowa.
